Volunteer Opportunities *

These are the committees that make up the car show. All committees need volunteers. Select the committee(s) you can help with and the committee chairperson(s) will get in contact with you.

Venue Committee - responsible for securing the permit and services needed for the show, the setup of the venue prior to the show, and the cleanup after the show.

Registration Committee - responsible for registering show cars for the show, preparing registration packets for registered cars, and checking in registered show cars on show day.

Judging Committee - responsible for judging all show cars on show day, tabulating the results, and assigning winners for all trophies.

Marketing Committee - responsible for the design, printing, and distribution of all marketing flyers, and newspaper ads for the car show. It is also responsible for the design and publication of all online marketing content for the car show placed on the club’s website, Facebook page, and other online channels.

Club Booths Committee - responsible for all the club booths and associated activities on show day. This includes the sale of club merchandise, the running of the various raffles and door prizes, the operation of the club membership booth, and the selling of concessions (bottled water, coffee, donuts).

Signs Committee - responsible for developing, producing, putting up and taking down all of the signs for the car show. This includes road signs directing show cars to the venue, class signs designating the different car classes, and informational signs/maps around the show field informing spectators of show activities, locations and schedule.

Sponsors Committee - responsible for securing and managing all car show sponsors and show day field and food vendors. They are also responsible for soliciting donations (gift cards, services, merchandise) from local businesses for the door prize raffles.
