Referral Service
The Venice AACA Classic-Cars-for-Your-Event Referral Service matches club members and their classic cars with community and private events to add a special flare to those events. Here are just some of the ways the referral service can be utilized.
Have some of our club’s classic cars at your community event, non-profit fundraiser, company party, etc. to increase awareness and attendance at your event.
Have photos taken with one or more of our club’s classic cars at weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, parties, etc. to add that memorable touch to your special occasion.
Have a group of our club’s classic cars at your business opening, anniversary, or special event to raise awareness of and traffic to your business.
Suggested Donations
The Classic-Cars-for-Your-Event Referral Service makes it easy for local groups, businesses, and individuals to have gorgeous classic cars at their events. Suggested donations vary based on the group and event requesting the service. In general, we follow these guidelines:
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, any donations received by the club are tax-deductible by users of this referral service. Proceeds help us support LOCAL youth groups and other non-profits.
In general, local non-profits will usually offer an in-kind service swap for using this referral service.
In general, business and personal event holders will provide a donation to the club based on the number of vehicles requested, event duration, and event type (ex. small private party, large public event, etc.). A donation of $100 per vehicle per hour is suggested.
Limitations
The Classic-Cars-for-Your-Event Referral Service matches classic car owners with your requests. These vehicles are insured by the owner, not the club. Most classic car insurance policies prohibit the use of classic cars as livery vehicles, so this referral service does NOT provide rides in club member classic cars. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of the vehicle owner and they accept any liability associated with these exceptions.
